The tab options were very clear and guided us exactly where we needed to go; the options included: record, edit, play and convert.
Each step of the process was very clear and guided us in customizing the options for our individual needs. We were able to select a full screen recording size, window frame recording or a custom size recording. After selecting the recording area we altered video recording specifications: frames per second, compression level and hardware acceleration. In addition to the video specifications users can enable and alter the audio recording and cursor options. Once we had completed customizing our recording options we began our video capture by selecting the area that we want recorded. The area to be recorded is surrounded by a bright pink box which cannot be moved once in place.
Overall the video capture software worked as though it was designed with us in mind. The main menu is aesthetically pleasing, clean and well organized. It is a very user-friendly application that offers simplicity and strength in the recording and editing tools it provides.
